SPINACH CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, thawed, drained
4 tbsp. butter in pieces
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. flour
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut in pieces
1 onion, chopped fine

Mix and put in buttered floured (or use Pam) casserole or 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
