POTATO SLICES 
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. chives
3 med. potatoes, cut about 1/4 inch slices butter
Cheese spread
Crispy bacon, crumbled

Preheat oven to broil. Mix sour cream and chives. Brush both sides of potatoes with butter; place on greased cookie sheet. Broil 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Top potatoes with cheese spread and bacon, continue broil until cheese begins to melt. Serve warm with sour cream mixture cooking about 12 minutes.
