ZUCCHINI SQUASH BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini squash
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Beat eggs thoroughly. Add oil and sugar; cream well. Add squash and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to squash mixture. Mix well; add nuts. Grease and flour pans. Bake 1 hour or until done in slow oven at 325 degrees. Makes 2 loaves 9 x 5 x 2 3/4 inch.
