Mix together:

1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. catsup
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. celery seed

Heat and simmer 10 minutes. Cool to marinate steak. Can be reheated to use as a sauce.
