1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 bar German chocolate, shredded
6 oz. chocolate chips

In a large bowl, mix cake mix, instant pudding, sour cream, eggs, water and oil well. Add grated chocolate bar and mix again.

Pour batter into greased tube pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of batter.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Glaze:

2 c. confectioners sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Pour glaze on cake right after you take it out of the oven.
