QUICK JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 1/2 lbs. peeled shrimp
1 1/2 c. raw rice, washed
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 sm. chopped onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
Salt, pepper & Tabasco to taste

Mix all ingredients together and turn into a 2 quart casserole. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until done. Serves 6.
