1 prepared deep dish pie crust 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. light cream 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. chopped green peppers 1 tbsp. chopped red peppers Prebake pie crust in 450 degree oven for 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Combine deviled ham, chopped eggs, cheeses, beaten eggs, cream and pepper. Pour in pie crust, top with peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let bake 10 minutes before serving. 6 servings. |
