EASY VEGETABLE PIE 
2 c. fresh broccoli & cauliflower
Or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli - cauliflower, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1-2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3-4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Little pepper

Grease 10 inch pie pan. Boil fresh vegetables for 5 minutes and drain. Mix vegetables and cheese in pie tin. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth 1 minute. Pour over vegetables. Bake at 400 degrees until brown, 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean inserted 1/2 way between center and edges. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
