STRAWBERRY CHEESE BALL 
1 lb. grated sharp cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
dash of cayenne pepper
strawberry preserves

Mix cheese, mayonnaise, onion and pecans. Form into a mound and make an indentation on top. Spread preserves all over the top, inside indentation. Serve with crackers of any kind. (This can be placed in a mold. When firm, turn out on a dish and put the preserves in the hole in the center.)
