"AUNT ETTA'S" EGG BREAD 
2 packets dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
7 1/2 to 8 c. flour

Soften yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt and oil. Blend in eggs and 3 cups flour. Beat well. Add 4 1/2 to 5 cups of flour gradually.

Knead on floured surface until smooth and satiny (10 minutes). Place in greased bowl, cover, let rise until doubled (1+ hour). Divide dough in half. Divide each half into three parts and roll into strips. Braid strips together, seal ends, place in well-greased bread pans. Let rise until doubled (45 minutes). Brush with whipped egg white. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. 2 loaves.
