RICH EGG BATTER BREAD 
6 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. very warm water (120-130 degrees)
3 eggs

Mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast in large bowl. Add butter. Gradually add water to dry ingredients, beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer; add eggs and 1/2 cup flour. Beat 2 minutes at high speed.

Stir in remaining flour to make a soft dough. Cover. Let rise until doubled, about 35 minutes. Stir down. Turn into 2 well greased 1 1/2 quart casseroles. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 40 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
