BAKED BANANA WITH COCONUT CREAM 
Bananas
Guava jelly
Coconut
Whipped cream

Whip cream and add about 3/4 cup coconut. Stir. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour for best flavor.

Slice bananas lengthwise and in half. Lay them in heat proof baking dish. Dot generously with butter and liberal helpings of guava jelly. Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown (about 20+ minutes). Top with coconut cream and serve immediately.
