GOLDEN FISH NUGGETS 
3 tbsp. corn flake crumbs
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1/2 lb. firm whitefish fillets, cut into 1 inch pieces
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine corn flake crumbs and next 3 ingredients in a shallow bowl; set aside.

Place egg white in a shallow bowl. Dip fish in egg white, and dredge in crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 500 degrees for 8 minutes or until crispy and browned. (2 servings) Per 3 ounce fish approximately 140 calories; 4 g. fat.
