SALMON CROQUETTES 
1 can salmon
1 egg
1/2 c. plain flour
1 heaping tsp. baking powder

Drain salmon juice into cup and set juice aside. Add beaten egg and flour to salmon. Mix well. Add baking powder to salmon juice and stir until foamy. Pour into salmon mixture. Dip by spoon into deep hot grease, and fry until golden brown.
