SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
1 egg
3 potatoes (baked)
1/2 stick butter
Sugar to taste (start with 1 c.)
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until fluffy, then add: 1/2 c. pecans (chopped)

Cover with marshmallows and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Bake potatoes 400 degrees, 1 hour.
