DILL ROLLS 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
2 c. cottage cheese
4 tbsp. onion, chopped very sm.
2 tbsp. dill weed
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
4-5 c. flour

Combine yeast, warm water and sugar; set aside. Warm the butter and cottage cheese slightly. Combine next 7 ingredients, along with yeast mixture and 1 cup of flour. Add more flour and knead to a soft dough. Raise twice. Make into buns. Let raise until double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
