STRAWBERRY JELLO DESSERT 
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 pkgs. frozen or fresh strawberries

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

20 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 tbsp. water

Prepare graham cracker crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

Add boiling water to Jello until dissolved. Stir in ice cream until melted. Fold in strawberries. Pour over graham cracker crust and refrigerate. Can be frozen. Top with whipped cream.
