FRIED RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. egg, beaten
1 c. chicken, cubed
2 pkg. fried rice seasoning
Combine with 4 tbsp. water
1 med. onion, chopped

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet over medium flame. Add chicken and cook until done. Add onions, green pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add egg and scramble. Add the rice and stir until warmed. Stir in seasoning mixture and blend well. Let steam for about 3 minutes. If desired, substitute cooked shrimp, ham or pork for the chicken.
