PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. slat
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Mix pumpkin and dry ingredients thoroughly. Add eggs and milk. Pour into pie shell. Place shelf on third guide from bottom and bake at 425 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Makes one 9 inch pie. Serves 6.
