STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE DESSERT 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping
2 pt. strawberries, cut in half

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Gradually add gelatin to cream cheese, mixing until blended. Chill until thick but not set. Fold in 3 cups whipped topping and strawberries. Chill several hours. Top with remaining whipped topping and a slice of strawberry. Serves 12.
