Mix together and press into 9x13 pan:

1 1/2 sticks softened butter
2 1/3 c. 10x sugar
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 2/3 c. graham crumbs

Melt and spread over the top of peanut butter mix:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Refrigerate. Tastes just like Reeses Peanut Butter Cups.
