RHUBARB PIE | |
About 4 c. cut-up rhubarb 1 c. sugar (slightly more, if you don't like it tart) 3 to 4 tbsp. flour 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream Mix together. Put in unbaked shell. Can use top crust or 1 crust only. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees, then 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
