ROCKY ROAD FUDGE BARS 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs

MIDDLE LAYER:

6 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. nuts

FROSTING:

5 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
2 oz. cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
2 c. marshmallows

Grease and flour a 9x13 cake pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the bottom layer and spread it in the pan. Spread the middle layer over it and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread the marshmallows over the top and return to the oven for 2 minutes. While hot, spread the frosting over the marshmallows.
