CREAM CHEESE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients and beat well. Fill cupcake papers 1/3 full. Top with filling.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar

Blend and beat well. Stir in 6 ounce package chocolate chips.
