2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. bacon like bits

DRESSING:

1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
2 tsp. horseradish

Drain frozen spinach by squeezing with hands until very dry. Mix dressing ingredients together. Toss spinach, onion, celery, cheese, eggs and dressing together. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle top with bacon bits and paprika on top.
