RICE KRISPIE BALLS 
1 stick butter
1 c. white sugar
1 (8 oz.) box dates, chopped
1 egg
3/4 c. chopped nuts
3 c. Rice Krispies
Shredded coconut

Cook first five ingredients for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add Rice Krispies. Shape into walnut size balls and roll in coconut.
