DOTTIE'S TOMATO RELISH 
24 ripe tomatoes
3 lg. onions
3 green bell peppers
3 lg. cucumbers
3 c. brown sugar
3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 pod hot pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. cinnamon

Skin tomatoes, take out the core; chop everything. Let cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours until kind of thick. Jar while hot and seal.
