Kraft Caramels
Pecan halves
Hershey candy bars, plain

Place unwrapped caramels on greased cookie sheet about 2" apart. Place in oven on 250 degrees until soft to touch. Place a pecan half, flat side down on each caramel pressing lightly to flatten. Put Hershey square on top of each caramel. Put back in oven until chocolate softens. You may need to spread chocolate a little with a knife so top is covered.
