BLUEBERRY CAKE 
1 butter cake mix
1/2 c. Crisco
1/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip

Cake: Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking pans. Bake cake layers at 350 degrees. Baking time depends upon size of pan used. About 27 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Icing: Mix cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip together. Spread on top of cake using 1 can of blueberry pie filling to add to top of layers. Don't mix with icing. Make the icing high on edges of layers, placing fruit in center of your layers.
