SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. bread dough
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 sm. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 whipped eggs
Salt and pepper

Remove sausage from casing. Cook and drain. Remove from heat; add eggs and let stand. In separate pan cook onion and garlic. Spread dough on lightly greased cookie sheet. Spread meat on dough, leaving 1 inch border all around. Top with onion and garlic. Sprinkle cheeses and spices on top of both mixtures.
