CREOLE MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. skim milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Vegetable cooking spray
Creole sauce

Combine all ingredients, except cooking sauce. Shape into loaf; pout in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 6 servings.
