TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
1 (28 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained & chopped
4 slices low fat bread
4 lbs. freshly ground raw turkey
2 c. chopped onions
4 eggs, beaten
3 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
Vegetable cooking spray

Drain tomatoes, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Combine tomatoes, reserved liquid, bread pieces and next 7 ingredients in a large bowl, stir well to combine. Place mixture in a sprayed 14 x 10 inch jellyroll pan with butter flavored Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 8 servings at 385 calories per serving.
