CINNAMON PINK APPLES 
4 baking apples
1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
Red cinnamon candies

Wash the apples and remove the cores. Mix the water and brown sugar in a baking pan and set the apples in. Fill the center of each apple with red cinnamon candies. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until apples are tender but not mushy. Serve hot or cold. Top with cream if you'd like. Serves 4.
