CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can biscuits
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. catsup
5 slices cheese

In a large skillet, break up beef and brown with onion. Drain off fat; stir in tomato sauce, catsup and pepper. Heat to bubbly. Grease an 8 inch square baking pan. Spread half the meat mixture in pan. Top with a layer of 4 cheese slices and cover with remaining meat. Arrange biscuits around edge and place fifth cheese slice in center. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until biscuits are brown.
