BAKED EGGS AND BROCCOLI 
12 slices bread, remove crust and cube
2 c. diced ham
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thaw, drain, and chop
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion flakes
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. milk

Butter 9 x 13 inch pan; put 1/2 bread in pan. Layer ham, broccoli, cheese, and add bread cubes. Combine eggs, spices, and milk; pour over the top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
