3 lbs. rolled oats 2 c. coconut 2 c. nuts or seeds 2 c. wheat germ "B" MIXTURE: 1 1/2 c. honey 3/4 c. oil 1 c. peanut butter 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. water Mix thoroughly mixture "A" and mixture "B". Put both mixtures together, mixing thoroughly. Place mixture in large, shallow baking pans and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. About every 15 minutes, stir mixture. Remove from oven to cool. Add 2 cups raisins. Store in air-tight container. This can be a mixture of walnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, etc. |
