FROZEN CRANBERRY MOLD 
LAYER I:

2 cans whole cranberries
1 can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. lemon juice

LAYER II:

1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

LAYER I: Mix together all ingredients and spread in a Jello mold or bundt pan. Put in freezer for 1 hour or until frozen.

Whip cream with next 3 ingredients then fold in nuts. Spread this mixture atop the cranberry layer and freeze. Cut into pie shape wedges (great with turkey dishes).
