FROZEN FRUIT SORBET 
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 to 1 c. frozen blueberries or strawberries
1 frozen banana, sliced
2 c. frozen pineapple, sliced

Blend juice in blender at medium speed. While blender is running, add slices of frozen fruit through the feeder opening in the blender lid. Blend mixture until it has a "soft serve" consistency. Pour into serving dishes. Serve immediately or store in freezer for a short time before serving. Serves 6. Per serving: 99 cal.; 0.8 g prot.; 0.6g fat; 25g carb.; 0 chol.; 2 mg. sod.
