VEGETABLE DIP 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. Knorr Swiss soup mix vegetable
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. sour cream
1 c. (1 can) water chestnuts, chopped

Thaw and drain spinach. Press out moisture. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate. Chill and serve with raw vegetables. Also hollow out a round loaf of dark bread. Fill bread bowl with dip and serve with the chunks of soft bread.
