TACO SOUP 
1-2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can Hormel chili without beans
2 cans chili beans
1 env. taco seasoning
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 lb. Velveeta taco cheese
Hot sauce or Tabasco sauce to taste (optional)

Brown ground beef and saute onion. Add next 4 ingredients. Next add sour cream and cut up cheese. Stir until melted. Cook over low heat on your stove or in a crock pot. Corn chips are served on the bottom, on top or both.
