SALMON RING 
1 can (1 lb.) red salmon, undrained
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped dill pickle
3 tbsp. minced green onion
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Parslied potatoes
Minced fresh parsley

Grease 4 cup microproof ring mold. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except potatoes and parsley. Blend well. Turn into prepared mold, spreading evenly. Cover. Use cook cycle and cook 10 to 12 minutes. Invert onto serving platter. Fill center of ring with potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.

Use your imagination in choosing other fillings. Broccoli, pearl onions, brussel sprouts, rice, creamed peas, etc.
