1 chicken, cut up
1 jar Green Giant mushrooms, large
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. cooking wine
2 (12 oz.) jars Heinz Homestyle chicken gravy
4 tsp. parsley
4 tsp. oregano
1 sm. onion, sliced
2 c. rice, uncooked
1 green pepper, cut in rings

Place chicken in lightly oil pan with onions and cooking wine. Sprinkle poultry seasoning on each piece. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Melt butter, mixing 1/4 jar or mushrooms with 1/2 juice. Pour over chicken. Bake 10 minutes. Add parsley and oregano sparingly over chicken pieces. Bake additional 10 minutes.

Pour remainder of mushroom with juice over chicken. Bake 20 minutes. Prepare rice (cooked). Take cover off chicken, pour 1 jar chicken gravy over chicken. Place back in oven. Cook 5 minutes uncovered. Pour rice over top of chicken and spread evenly. Take 2nd jar of gravy, pour over rice. Garnish with raw green pepper rings. Bake 15 minutes.
