WET BOTTOM SHOOFLY PIE 
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. molasses
3/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix eggs with molasses. Mix soda into boiling water then add to first 2 ingredients. Let cool.

CRUMBS:

1 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Crisco
Dash of salt

Mix crumb mixture and save 1/2 cup crumbs for top of pie. Mix remaining crumbs with liquid but (DON'T BEAT). Pour into unbaked pie shell. Put 1/2 cup crumbs on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
