DATE TAPIOCA PUDDING 
1 c. pearl tapioca
6 c. cold water
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. nutmeats
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Soak tapioca and water overnight. Add sugars, dates, nutmeats, salt and vanilla. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream.
