DEER STEAK WITH SOUR CREAM 
Venison steaks (1 per person)
Salt & freshly ground pepper
Butter
Sour cream
Paprika

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Saute gently in butter for 5 minutes on each side. Pour sour cream over them. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove to heated platter. Pour sour cream sauce over them. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Serve surrounded with cooked noodles seasoned with parsley butter.
