CORN ON THE COB | |
1 ear corn (silk and husk intact) 1 tbsp. butter, softened 1 tsp. parsley, minced Tabasco sauce to taste Arrange corn on platter and microwave on high for 2 minutes (2 ears for 4 minutes; 4 ears for 8 minutes), turning once. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Husk and remove silk before serving. In bowl, mash together butter, parsley, and Tabasco. Serve with corn. |
