STRAWBERRY WHIP 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries, beginning to thaw
1 pkg. ladyfingers
1 c. whipped cream
Can opener
Strainer
Med.-size bowl
Reg. tbsp. or mixing spoon
4 custard cups

You may need help opening the frozen strawberries.

1. Place strainer over bowl. Pour strawberries into strainer to drain liquid.

2. Tear ladyfingers (or cut with table knife) in half the long way. Line bottoms and sides of custard cups to make pastry cups.

3. Add drained strawberries to whipped cream. Stir gently. Spoon into cups.

4. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or more. Serves 4.

You may use other drained fruits or sliced banana.
