QUICK & EASY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
2 (2.8 oz.) cans French fried onions
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook beef until browned, stirring to break into small pieces with slotted spoon. Transfer beef to large bowl. Add potatoes, salt, soup, sour cream, cheese and onions; mix well. Spread into 9"x13" pan and bake 30 minutes. Top with fried onions and bake 15 more minutes. Serves 8.
