PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BARS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. packed light brown sugar
10 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground allspice
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine flour and brown sugar in a large bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Reserve 1 1/2 cups mixture for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into bottom of 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool slightly.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla in a large bowl, blending until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved topping and bake 40-45 minutes or until slightly firm. Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars and then into triangles, if desired.
