PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BARS 
2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 stick + 2 tbsp. butter
1 c. finely chopped nuts
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter. Stir in nuts. Set 1 cup of mixture aside for topping. Press remainder in 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool slightly. Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, pumpkin, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved topping. Bake an additional 35 to 45 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.
